iTravel Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of the iTravel app and related services, operated by an independent developer ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

The service

iTravel is a collaborative travel planner: you create trips, invite others with a code or link, and plan together. Content in a shared trip can be viewed and edited by its participants — edits apply on a last-write-wins basis, so anyone in the trip may change or remove shared content.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use iTravel.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you add (trips, activities, photos, documents). You grant us the limited license needed to store it and show it to the trip participants your visibility settings allow.
• Only upload what you have the right to share. No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Share invite links/codes thoughtfully — anyone who has one can preview and join the trip.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

iTravel Pro subscriptions

• iTravel Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple account's Subscriptions settings or from Profile → Manage Subscription in the app.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Third-party information

Maps, directions, weather, flight schedules, exchange rates, and photos come from third-party providers and are supplied "as is". They may be inaccurate or out of date — always verify critical travel details (flight times, entry requirements, etc.) with the official source.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

iTravel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
